Kids' Club After School Program
Kids' Club is Sacred Heart SchoolÕs after school childcare program. There are currently 65 students enrolled in our program. Due to parent schedules, the number of attendees changes each day, with the average number of 45 kids each day.
We currently have three staff members. Two staff members work each day until there are 15 or less children. There are activities planned, snacks provided and homework time is offered. All students will have the opportunity to finish homework and read Accelerated Reader. Help is available from a staff member if needed.
FEES:
The cost per day is $5 per child. There is an enrollment fee of $15 per family each year. We offer child care on non school days. The cost of providing this service is $20 per child.
HOURS:
Monday through Friday from 2:15 p.m. until 5:45 p.m.
Non school days from 7:00 a.m. until 5:15 p.m.
DROP-INS:
Occasionally, our after school childcare services are needed on a drop in basis. This service is available based on the number of openings that are available on a given day. For availability, please contact the school office at 251-2854.
DAILY SCHEDULE:
2:15 - 2:30 Arrival and check-in
2:30 - 3:15 Outside time (Weather permitted)
3:15 - 3:30 Snack - A healthy snack and juice are provided
3:30 - 4:30 Homework time (except on Fridays)
4:30 - 5:45 Gym/Activity time
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Due to scheduling of staff, purchasing of snacks and planning activities, we need to have your child's care schedule and payment for the following week by each Friday to secure your spot. To receive a full credit after registering for a day, Kids' Club staff members need a 24 hour notice to cancel your spot. If you notify the main office when your child is ill, they will cancel your spot and full credit will be issued for the day.

Piano Lessons
Holiday parties
Computer/Library time
Remote control cars
Treasure hunts
Video games
Music/Karaoke
Craft time
Puppet/Magic shows
Talent/Hobby sharing
Outside play time
Sledding
Field trips
Walks
