Sacred Heart Parish Bazaar

Our annual Parish Bazaar is taking place the weekend of August 22. Festivities begin Saturday evening after the 5pm mass with food and family dance. An outdoor 10am Polka Mass kicksoff events Sunday, followed by a sit down chicken dinner catered by Short Stop, games and food, live music by Custom Blend (2pm – 6pm). Grand Raffle Drawing at 6pm.

School Unification

St. Katharine Drexel has been chosen as the name of our shared elementary school with St. Augustine’s and St. Mary’s Cathedral parishes. St. Katharine Drexel School builds upon the legacy of our schools and will meet the challenges of today and tomorrow with innovative programming.

CELEBRATE FREEDOM

On Saturday, July 24th, after the 5:00 p.m. Mass, join the Sacred Heart Parish Community for a good old American tradition: Softball, Hot Dogs, and Apple Pie. Grab your glove and your lawn chair and bring your favorite pie to share! The Sacred Heart Softball Team will be on hand. Hot dogs and lemonade will be provided.

This event is hosted by the Stewardship Committee. Interested in helping plan these fun events and more? Contact the Parish Office to join the committee.

Solemnity of the Sacred Heart

Our Parish Feast Day is this coming weekend, June 12 and 13. Come and celebrate as we honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus, celebrate parish life and express gratitude for all volunteers. A dinner will follow the Saturday 5pm Mass. A parish potluck will follow the Sunday 10am Mass. A main entree will be provided. Please bring a side dish to share -- vegetables, salads and of course desserts. Come and enjoy!
