Facilities Use Guidelines
Sacred Heart Parish facilities are available to individuals and groups in the community that seek to serve and enrich human life within the parish’s not-for-profit Catholic mission. The parish facilities are not available for any non-related business activity or activities consistent with out mission and values. The following guidelines apply to all when using the facilities.
Space is unavailable on the following days: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Palm Sunday weekend, Holy Week and Easter Sunday, First Communion, Confirmation, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, week before and weekend of Parish Festival, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
A signed Facilities Use Guidelines and Agreement will need to be submitted to the
Parish Office when your event is being scheduled.

First step, please call Vicki to see if the room is available when you desire to use the space. Then a facilities form may be printed from the link below and sent to Vicki, in the office, via email at VSanborn@sacredheartsaukrapids.org or printed and mailed to 2875 10th AVE NE Sauk Rapids, MN 56379 or brought in the office.
